Safety Functions

When a car stops between floors due to mechanical malfunctions, the car descends to the nearest floor below.

Door Time Adjustment

Door open and close times are automatically adjusted depending on whether the call is a hall call or a car call, to increase operating efficiency.

Micro Leveling

An automatic two-way leveling device keeps the elevator car level with the landing, regardless of load or direction of travel.

Auto Light & Fan Turn-off

Car illumination and fan are turned off automatically when there is no hall call or car call, saving energy.

Automatic Rescue Device

On power failure with no emergency supply, the elevator descends to the nearest floor on DC battery power to prevent passengers being trapped in the car (standard for auto-door lifts).

Emergency Service Operation

The elevator(s) automatically return to the lobby or primary egress floor when fire detection devices are activated, allowing passengers to exit, and remain parked until deactivated or overridden by a fireman's key.

Voice Synthesizer

Provides riding passengers with audio information about car operations, such as direction of travel and landing floor.

VIP Operation Optional

Control of a specified call button provided specifically for the VIP elevator.
